Prof. N. D. Rajan is a distinguished professional with more than 50 years of experience in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to improving hearing healthcare, communication rehabilitation, and professional education in the field of hearing sciences. He currently serves as the Managing Trustee of Bharat Educational and Social Charitable Trust, where he leads several impactful social initiatives focused on hearing awareness, rehabilitation, education, environmental responsibility, and community welfare. Prof. Rajan is widely respected for his contribution to hearing health awareness and for guiding programs that support individuals with hearing and speech difficulties.

As a Trustee, Mrs. Rathinam plays an important role in supporting and guiding the Trust’s activities aimed at improving the quality of life of economically weaker sections of society. Her values of kindness, discipline, and service have contributed significantly to the smooth functioning and humanitarian vision of the organization.

Despite being a homemaker with school education (10th std.), she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership qualities and a sincere interest in community development.
